Reports

The Reports section of the Dashboard contains details of all accounts, transfers, payments, and beneficiaries you have created using ZWITCH.

This section lists the various entities for a quick overview. You can click on an item to get more details about it.

Accounts

The Accounts section of the Dashboard contains a list of all savings, current, and virtual accounts created by you. It also contains a list of all current accounts you have linked to ZWITCH.

In the list view, the Accounts section contains details such as:

• The account ID
• Name of the account holder
• Account number and IFSC
• Account type
• Date the account was created

By default, the list view displays data in descending order. You can change this using the Sort By Latest toggle button.

The list view also supports filters such as Account ID, Account Name, and Account Type to make it easier for you to filter data and find data.

You can click on an item to view more details about the account. The detailed view contains additional information about the account such as:

• Account holder's email address
• Account holder's mobile number
• Details of the last 5 transfers made from the account
• Details of the last 5 payments received by the account
• Logs related to the account

Transfers

The Transfers section of the Dashboard contains a list of all transfers made using ZWITCH. This includes transfers made from savings, current, virtual, and linked current accounts.

In the list view, the Transfers section contains details such as:

• Transfer ID
• Beneficiary ID
• Amount transferred
• Debit account ID
• Date the transfer was created

By default, the list view displays data in descending order. You can change this using the Sort By Latest toggle button.

The list view also supports filters such as Transfer ID, Beneficiary ID, Beneficiary Name, Debit Account ID, Bank Reference Number, and Transfer Status.

You can click on an item to view more details about the account. The detailed view contains additional information about the transfer such as:

• Debit account details
• Beneficiary account details
• Logs related to the transfer

Payments

The Payments section of the Dashboard contains a list of payments received using ZWITCH. This includes payments received by creating UPI collect requests and payments received by wallets from other ZWITCH wallets.

In the list view, the Payments section contains details such as:

• Payment ID
• Account number and IFSC from which made the payment
• Mode of payment
• Amount received
• Account ID that received the payment
• Status of the payment
• Date the payment was created

By default, the list view displays data in descending order. You can change this using the Sort By Latest toggle button.

The list view also supports filters such as Payment ID, Payment Mode, Paid to (Account ID that received the payment), and Payment Status.

You can click on an item to view more details about the account. The detailed view contains additional information about the payment such as:

• Details of the account from which made the payment
• Details of the account which received the payment
• Logs related to the transfer

Beneficiaries

The Beneficiaries section of the Dashboard contains a list of beneficiaries created using ZWITCH.

In the list view, the Payments section contains details such as:

• Beneficiary ID
• Beneficiary name
• Type of beneficiary
• Account ID to which the beneficiary is linked
• Beneficiary account number and IFSC
• Date the beneficiary was created

By default, the list view displays data in descending order. You can change this using the Sort By Latest toggle button.

The list view also supports filters such as Beneficiary ID, Account Name (account holder's name), Type, Account ID (Account id to which the beneficiary is linked), VPA ID (beneficiary VPA handle), and Bank Account Number (beneficiary bank account number).

The Beneficiary section does not contain a details view of individual beneficiaries.
