Download Reports

You can generate reports as per your business requirements from the Download Reports section on the Dashboard. After generated you can either download them or send them to an email address linked to your ZWITCH workspace.

Live Mode Only

Currently, you can only generate reports in the Live environment.

This feature is not available in our Sandbox environment.

Supported Reports

You can generate the following reports from your ZWITCH Dashboard.

• Payments: Details of all payments made from all accounts linked to your ZWITCH workspace.
• Transfers: Details of all transfers made from all accounts linked to your ZWITCH workspace.
• Statements: Details of all debits and credit entries for all accounts linked to your ZWITCH workspace.
• Beneficiaries: Details of all beneficiaries added to all accounts linked to your ZWITCH workspace.
• Accounts: Details of all accounts created from your ZWITCH workspace.

After generated you can either download the reports from your Dashboard or send them to an email address linked to your ZWITCH workspace.

Supported Format

Currently, you can generate reports in the following formats:

• CSV
• XLSX

Date Range

Currently, you can generate reports for the following date range:

• Yesterday
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Custom date range (maximum of 3 months)

Generate Reports

Follow the below steps to generate a report.

1. Log in to your ZWITCH Dashboard.
2. Switch the Dashboard to the Live environment.
3. Navigate to Reports → Download Reports.
4. Select the required report, time range, and format.
5. Select Yes under the Do you want to send the report to your email? option if you want to email the report to other people in your ZWITCH workspace.
6. Click Generate.

You can view the status of the request on the right panel. Click the Refresh Icon to update the status of the request.

After the request is processed, click the Download Icon to download the report.
If the email report option was selected, the report is also sent to the selected email address.

What format should I select when downloading the report?

Currently, you can download reports in 2 formats:

• XLSX: Use this format for small and medium reports.

• CSV: Use this format for large reports.
  
  

Can I send the report to other people in the ZWITCH workspace?

Yes, you can send the report to other people in your ZWITCH workspace. You can do this by selecting Yes under the Do you want to send the report to your email? option.

When emailing a report, what is the maximum file size you support?

This depends on the email service you use. We suggest that you do not email large reports as the report might not be delivered to you based on the email service you use.

Can I regenerate the same report?

No. You cannot regenerate a report if the report type, report format, and data range are the same.

Can I email the report from the ZWITCH Dashboard after generating the report?

No. Currently, you cannot email the report from the ZWITCH Dashboard after generating the report.

To email the report to other people in your ZWITCH workspace, select Yes under the Do you want to send the report to your email? option before generating the report.
