The table below lists the various statuses a card can have during its life cycle.

Issued

Debit card has been successfully created in our system. The request has been forwarded to the card issuer and a card will be manufactured and shipped to the cardholder.

The card must be activated before it can be used for financial transactions.
Active
(active)
Debit card has been activated and can be used for financial transactions, provided it has sufficient balance.
Blocked
(blocked)
Debit card has been blocked.

Prepaid cards with this status cannot be used for financial transactions. The card needs to be unblocked before it can be used for financial transactions.
Canceled
(canceled)
Debit card has been canceled.

This is a terminal status. Once canceled, the card cannot be activated again. However, you can issue another card against the savings card account.
