In some scenarios, you will be required to physically verify an individual's KYC information. For example:
- When opening a savings or current account, if an individual is not registered in the CKYC database.
- To verify business documents when opening a sole proprietorship current account.
By integrating with ZWITCH, you can let your customers schedule, reschedule, and cancel in-person KYC requests from your application.
When a request is scheduled, we communicate with our partners who send an agent to your customer’s communication address to collect the required documents. The agent collects the documents and uploads them to our servers. We then send the documents to the bank for verification and further processing.
