By integrating with ZWITCH, you can let your customers schedule, reschedule, and cancel in-person KYC requests from your application.
When a request is scheduled, we communicate with our partners who send an agent to your customer’s communication address to collect the required documents. The agent collects the documents and uploads them to our servers. We then send the documents to the bank for verification and further processing.
