These APIs facilitate the smooth registration and setup of new users on the platform, whether they are buyers or sellers. They ensure that all necessary business details are collected, verified, and securely stored. This might include the submission of business identification numbers, bank account details, and other critical credentials required to establish a legitimate presence on the platform.

  • The customer begins their onboarding journey by entering their business and personal details, such as name and PAN, into the Bharat Connect platform. The system performs a deduplication check using the /v1/bharat-connect/onboarding/business/search API to ensure no existing records match the provided PAN.
  • If no duplicates are found, the platform proceeds with KYC verification through the /v1/bharat-connect/onboarding/business/register API, where the customer's details are validated against official records. Upon successful verification, the unique BBPS ID is generated and assigned to the customer.
  • The customer is then notified of their active account status and their new BBPS ID, granting them full access to utilize all services offered by Bharat Connect, ensuring a seamless transition to managing and executing transactions within the BBPS network.
